Mr. Barber has over thirteen years of hotel management experience with both traditional and extended stay hotels. He joined Columbia Hospitality Management in 2004 as a Regional Sales and Marketing Director. Mr. Barber was with Premier Hotel Corporation from 1998 to mid-2004, serving as Vice President Sales and Marketing. He was earlier with Starwood Lodging, from 1995 to 1998 as Director of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Barber is a 20-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
