Mr. Lozoff has developed and managed real estate for over thirty years.   His experience includes founding and growing an Atlanta-based apartment management company, developing or converting condominium projects, owning and managing a series of hotels and shopping centers, and co-founding the Atlanta Apartments Owners and Managers Association, serving as its Managing Director.   Mr. Lozoff also co-founded and is a co-owner of SLD Properties, LLC—an experienced hotel developer, Columbia Hospitality Management, LLC—a hotel management company, CondoSmart, LLC—a condominium sales and marketing company, Columbia Association Management, LLC—a homeowners association management company, Choice Condominiums, LLC—a successful condominium developer, and Choice RE, LLC—a real estate asset manager.
